RX Sterile Medpack Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our medical consumables and packaging products across Kerala.

Fresh graduates and candidates from medical, surgical, pharma, healthcare, institutional, B2B, or other field-sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Initial product training and ongoing sales support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, distributors, dealers, surgical stores, and healthcare institutions.

• Generate new leads and develop business across assigned areas.

• Explain and promote the company’s products to customers.

• Conduct product presentations and sales discussions.

• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

• Submit regular customer-visit and sales reports.

Requirements

• 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers and candidates with up to five years of experience may apply.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable with field sales and regular travel across Kerala.

• Valid driving licence preferred.

• Healthcare-sales experience or existing hospital and distributor contacts are advantageous but not mandatory.
