Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and confident Freshers to join our team as Telecallers. The company will provide leads, and your responsibility will be to connect with prospective customers, explain our services, and schedule follow-ups or site visits.

• Call prospective customers using company-provided leads.
• Explain the company's products/services clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
