Factory Worker

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and hardworking Bakery Production Helper to assist in our day-to-day wholesale baking operations. In this role, you will support our baking team across various stages of production—from raw material handling and basic ingredient preparation to dough processing, packing, loading, and facility sanitation.

​Key Responsibilities​1. Raw Material Handling & Preparation

• ​Measure, weigh, and sift dry and liquid ingredients according to batch recipe specifications.
• ​Assist bakers with dough mixing, rounding, proofing, and tray loading.

​2. Production Support & Baking Assistance

• ​Operate basic production equipment (mixers, dough sheeters, dividers, slicers) under supervision.
• ​Load and unload baking trays, molds, and racks into ovens and cooling areas safely.
• ​Perform physical assembly tasks such as filling, shaping, cutting, or garnishing bakery products.

​3. Packaging & Finished Goods Handling

• ​Count, sort, and inspect finished goods for basic quality standards before packing.
• ​Package baked goods into crates, boxes, or bags according to client orders.
• ​Label containers, stack boxes, and prepare crates for transport or dispatch.

​4. Sanitation & Equipment Maintenance

• ​Wash, clean, and sanitize baking trays, utensils, mixing bowls, and machinery daily.
• ​Keep production floors, workstations, and storage areas clean and compliant with food safety guidelines.
• ​Dispose of food waste and scrap materials regularly into designated waste collection areas.
