Job Description
- Branch Auditing: Conduct end to end operational audits across 3 to 4 branches, spending 2 to 3 days at each branch to review meetings, documentation, disbursements, and overall functioning.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare precise, evidence backed audit reports, track the resolution of identified operational gaps, and perform surprise checks to verify compliance.
- Risk & Fraud Detection: Identify emerging operational risks (staffing, supervision issues) and monitor fields, center visits, and overdue/default cases to detect fraud, cash pilferage, or loan manipulation.
