About the Role - We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented professionals to join our Agency Channel team. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors/agents to drive life insurance business. Candidates should possess strong sales, relationship management, and team-building skills.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesAgent RecruitmentIdentify and recruit potential Insurance Advisors/Agents.
  • Build and expand the agency network in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct interviews and onboarding of advisors.
  • Training & DevelopmentTrain advisors on life insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance guidelines.
  • Motivate and support advisors to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct regular meetings and field coaching sessions.
  • Business DevelopmentGenerate life insurance business through advisors.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Increase policy sales, premium collection, and customer acquisition.
  • Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
  • Provide ongoing support to advisors for lead generation and policy closures.
  • Resolve customer and advisor queries effectively.
  • Performance MonitoringTrack advisor productivity and business performance.
  • Prepare sales reports and MIS updates.
  • Implement strategies to improve advisor retention and activation.
  • Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Life Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Sales, or Agency Channel.
  • Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered for junior roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Local market knowledge preferred.
