Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle
- admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Counsel parents and students regarding courses, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Explain school policies, fee structures, and admission criteria.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate school visits, counselling sessions, and admission-related activities.
- Maintain enquiry records, admission databases, and daily follow-up reports.
- Assist with admission documentation and registration processes.
- Build positive relationships with parents and ensure a good admission experience.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Good presentation and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Customer-focused attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in school admissions, education counselling, or sales will be an advantage.
- Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Presentable, confident, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to interact professionally with parents and students.
