Business Development Executive

Job Description

Synilogic Tech & IT Solution is looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify potential clients, understand their business requirements, and generate new business opportunities for software, website, and IT solutions.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, client-handling ability, and basic knowledge of IT services such as software development, website development, CRM/ERP solutions, mobile applications, and digital services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, references, online portals, social media, and networking
• Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements
• Explain company services and software solutions professionally
• Handle client follow-ups and maintain proper communication
• Coordinate with the technical team for project understanding and execution
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
• Maintain client database and daily sales reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with clients for future business opportunities
• Attend meetings, demos, and client presentations when required
• Convert inquiries into successful business deals 

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of IT/software services
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Confidence in sales and business conversations
• Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
