HR Recruiter

Job Title: Recruiter – Manufacturing (Blue Collar Hiring) Experience: 3–5 Years

🔹 Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with strong exposure to manufacturing and plant-level blue-collar hiring. The candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring for shop-floor roles and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple plants or units.

Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles such as:

• Machine Operators
• CNC Operators
• Production Workers
• Assembly Line Workers
• Quality Inspectors
• Welders, Fitters, Technicians
• Helpers & Contract Workforce

• Manage bulk / mass hiring drives for plant requirements.
• Coordinate with plant HR and production managers to understand manpower planning.
• Source candidates through:

• Field sourcing
• Local vendors & contractors
• ITIs & vocational institutes
• Job portals
• Job fairs & campus drives

• Conduct preliminary screening and shortlist candidates.
• Organize walk-in drives and recruitment camps near plant locations.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring tracker & manpower reports.
• Ensure timely closures within defined TAT.
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
• Manage contract staffing agencies and manpower vendors.

Required Skills Strong experience in manufacturing / plant-level blue-collar hiring.

• Experience handling high-volume recruitment.
• Knowledge of industrial workforce hiring practices.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.

• Experience hiring for automotive, FMCG, engineering, heavy machinery, or industrial manufacturing companies is preferred.
