About The Despatch Rider

The Despatch Rider (TDR) is a premium motorcycle expedition company that curates world-class riding experiences across India and neighboring countries. We don't just organize rides—we create unforgettable journeys.


We're looking for an energetic and persuasive Inside Sales & Business Development Executive who can build relationships, convert enquiries into bookings, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.


Your Role

As part of our team, you'll be responsible for converting qualified enquiries into customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual interactions. This is a relationship-driven role where understanding customer needs and guiding them to the right experience is the key to success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel experiences.
  • Handle customer queries professionally via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Build trust and maintain relationships throughout the sales journey.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is confident in speaking over the phone and building rapport.
  • Has strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Enjoys selling through conversations rather than aggressive pitching.
  • Is proactive, disciplined, and target-oriented.
  • Has experience in inside sales, tele-sales, business development, travel, hospitality, or customer relationship management (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Is fluent in English. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
