Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously update technical skills and stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to the project.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize software components.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks used in manufacturing engineering solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Understanding of system integration and data flow within manufacturing execution systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
