roles and responsibilities :1. Customer Service & Communication

• Welcome Guests: Greet customers warmly, seat them at their tables, and provide menus.
• Menu Knowledge: Have a comprehensive understanding of menu items, daily specials, ingredients, and potential allergens. Offer recommendations and answer questions.
• Guest Satisfaction: Check on tables throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and address any complaints or special requests promptly

Order Taking & Serving

• Take Orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders, noting any special dietary restrictions, modifications, or age verifications for alcohol.
• Coordinate with Staff: Relay order details to kitchen and bar staff accurately and in a timely manner.
• Deliver Orders: Serve food and drinks to tables, ensuring the dishes match the order and meet presentation standards

3. Table Maintenance & Administration

• Prepare Tables: Set up tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware before service.
• Clear & Reset: Remove dirty plates, utensils, and glasses as guests finish courses, and reset tables for new diners.
