Job Description

  • Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain lead records and update sales reports regularly.

Requirements

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Sales-orientated mindset with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
  • Experience in sales, travel, or customer handling is preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
