We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Travel Consultants (Tele Sales) to help travelers plan their dream vacations while achieving sales targets.

Position SummaryThe Travel Consultant (Tele Sales) will be responsible for converting travel inquiries into bookings through outbound and inbound calling, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable travel packages, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead ConversionHandle inbound and outbound sales calls from prospective travelers.
• Convert leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website inquiries, social media, and referrals.
• Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
• Upsell travel products such as flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, cruises, travel insurance, and visa services.
• Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Customer Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with clients through professional communication.
• Provide accurate travel information, itineraries, and package details.
• Address customer queries and objections effectively.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordination & DocumentationCoordinate with operations and suppliers for package confirmations.
• Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Prepare quotations and customized travel proposals.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation.
• Market KnowledgeStay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline offers, visa requirements, and seasonal promotions.
• Monitor competitor offerings and market developments.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and telesales skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online travel platforms.
• Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, tele sales, holiday sales, or travel consultancy.
• Freshers with exceptional communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Experience in selling international holiday packages will be preferred.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is an advantage.
• Preferred Candidate ProfilePassionate about travel and tourism.
