Trainee Engineer

Reliance Jio is currently hiring for the role of Network Diploma Engineer Trainee - Kolkata .

Program Structure:

•Apprenticeship program duration: 12 months.

•Detailed 2 weeks induction training at SHQ/RHQ and then On the Job Training at JC for another 7 days.

•Evaluation of performance at regular interval

•Periodic training program for building capability

•Skill assessment to identify gap and improving performance

•Certified apprentices will be absorbed as Network Diploma Engineer Trainees.

•Formal periodic engagement by Network training team

•Practical classroom inputs, exposure, and interventions for a faster learning curve.

•Certified Network Diploma Engineer Trainees will be absorbed as Field Engineer post 12 months.

Career Progression -

1. Apprentice (DET) - 12 months - Stipend Rs.12000 (Company Contribution - Rs.8000, Govt. Contribution - Rs.4000)
2. Network Diploma Engineer Trainee -13 to 24 months - Gross per month - Rs.25000
3. Field Engineer - 25th month onwards - Rs.30000.

Eligibility Criteria:

•Candidate with 60% and above score in 10th 12th and diploma and NO Backlog/gap

•Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electrical & Electronics

•Candidate with Zero experience only should apply (No active UAN)

•Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973 in any Government or Public Sector or Private industrial organization are NOT eligible to apply.

•Son of soil, fluency in local language

Key Job responsibilities:

•Rollout support for network Elements

•Survey, Audit and Supervise new Network

•Support new enterprise and mobility customers

•Close trouble tickets for network complaints

•Network testing and support for performance management
