Territory Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing network of Insurance Advisors (POSPs) and Team Leaders.
• Drive sales growth by achieving assigned business targets through effective team management.
• Plan and execute local business development initiatives to expand market presence.
• Build strong relationships within the local community to strengthen the Bima Saathi brand.
• Monitor team productivity and provide regular coaching and performance support.
• Ensure ethical sales practices and maintain high policy persistency and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize company mobile applications and digital platforms for business tracking, reporting, and performance management.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Maximum age: 45 years.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Agency Sales, Channel Development, Sales Management, or the Life Insurance industry.
• Strong leadership, recruitment, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• Must have been residing in the applied location for at least 5 years with strong local market knowledge and networking capability.
• Comfortable using mobile applications and digital business tools.
