Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided databases and leads.
  • Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
  • Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Field Sales Team.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and appointments in CRM/software.
  • Handle customer queries and provide basic product information.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and appointment management.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment-fixing targets.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
