Telesales Executive

Daily Performance Targets:

• Minimum Calls: 450 outbound calls per day
• Minimum Talk Time: 2 hours per day
• Minimum Qualified Prospects Generated: 5 prospects per day

Requirements:

• Must have basic experience in making outbound sales/service calls.
• Candidate should have their own mobile phone. Company SIM card will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and CRM software is required.
• Must maintain proper call records and update follow-ups regularly.
• Should have good communication skills, confidence, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving daily goals is mandatory.
