Telesales Executive

Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Loan Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a telesales executive, you will be responsible for engaging with small and medium-sized businesses to promote and sell our business loan products. Your goal will be to identify customer needs, provide relevant solutions, and close deals that contribute to the company’s growth and success.

• Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential business clients to introduce and promote business loan products.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and referrals to expand the client base.
• Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend tailored loan products that best suit their requirements.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on business loan products, terms, rates, and offerings to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Sales Conversion: Close deals by addressing customer objections and securing loan applications.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and loan details are accurately recorded in CRM systems for follow-up and tracking.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and legal regulations in loan processing and sales activities.
