About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Telecalling Executives to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting potential customers across West Bengal and introducing them to our Matrimon platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company's provided database.
• Explain our Matrimony / Matchmaking website, its features and services to customers.
• Encourage interested individuals and families to register on our platform.
• Guide customers through the registration and profile creation process.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our services.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain daily calling records and update customer information in the CRM.
• Work towards achieving daily calling and customer acquisition targets.

Language Requirements (Most Important):

• Bengali: Fluent speaking ability is mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable communicating with Bengali-speaking customers.
• Hindi: Basic to good conversational Hindi is preferred for communicating with a small number of Hindi-speaking customers.
• Since the majority of our customers are from West Bengal, Bengali communication skills will be given the highest preference.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Patient, polite and professional approach towards customers.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have prior telecalling, telesales or customer handling experience.
