Job Summary: Axis Max Life Insurance is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining life insurance products, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities-

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Explain life insurance products and their benefits.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Generate and qualify leads for sales conversion.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth policy issuance.

Eligibility Criteria-

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduates preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, insurance, banking, or customer service will be an added advantage.
