Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a confident, professional, and result-oriented Telecaller to support our business development activities in the IVF and fertility sector. The candidate will be responsible for contacting IVF centers, fertility clinics, hospitals, and prospective clients, generating business leads, following up on requirements, and maintaining strong professional relationships.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to IVF centers, fertility clinics, hospitals, and potential clients to introduce the company's services.
2. Generate new business leads and identify potential clients in the IVF and fertility sector.
3. Follow up with existing clients regarding their requirements, inquiries, and service updates.
4. Coordinate with clients regarding donor availability, donor profiles, blood group preferences, and other relevant requirements, as applicable to the company's services.
5. Share company profiles, service details, pricing, and other approved business information through WhatsApp and email.
6. Maintain regular communication with clients and update calling records, lead status, and follow-up schedules.
7. Coordinate with the internal operations team to communicate client requirements and ensure timely responses.
8. Develop and maintain professional relationships with IVF centers and hospitals.
9. Follow up on pending inquiries and convert interested prospects into active business clients.
10. Prepare daily calling reports, lead reports, and follow-up updates for management.
11. Maintain confidentiality of client, donor, and patient-related information and follow applicable company policies and regulations.
