Telecaller (Digital Marketing)

Job Responsibilities

• Make 500 outbound cold calls per day to businesses across India and generate qualified leads.
• Pitch and explain Digital Marketing services including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Branding.
• Identify potential clients and understand their business and marketing requirements.
• Qualify leads based on interest, budget, business type, and requirements.
• Schedule meetings and callbacks with interested prospects for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
• Handle basic customer objections and communicate the value of digital marketing services.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of qualified leads.
