Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Call prospective clients from the database to explain how Bimacure can help recover rejected insurance claims or settle disputes.

Customer Management: Maintain professional relationships with existing leads and follow up on pending case assessments.

Data Accuracy: Log all call details, customer concerns, and lead statuses into the Excel/database accurately.

Educational Support: Briefly explain the Bimacure process (Consultation , Investigation , Legal Support) to build trust.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Fluency in regional languages (like Bengali/Hindi) and basic English.

Persuasion: Ability to empathise with customers facing financial loss while professionally pitching Bimacure's solutions.

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

Exp- minimum 2 years of exp in relevant field.

Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of computer systems and Excel tools for record-keeping.
