Position: Senior Recruiter (Staffing)

Education: H.S & Above

Experience: 6 months - 1 Year in telecalling

Job Responsibility:

• Actively source delivery boy / blue collar candidate through database and referrals.
• Conduct spot interviews and eligibility checks (e.g., valid driving license, vehicle ownership, smartphone usage).
• Support new joiners with documentation, training, and on boarding steps.

Salary: Up to 20 K Per month (Based on last drawn salary)

Location: Kolkata (kestopur)
