Job Description

Sales & Lead Conversion (Telesales)

  • Outbound Calling: Proactively contact prospective students and parents from our database to introduce our academic programs.
  • Lead Management: Diligently track and follow up on leads generated from digital campaigns, social media, and walk-ins.
  • Admissions Focus: Achieve monthly "JG" (Join Group/Admission) targets by effectively communicating program benefits and handling objections.
  • CRM Documentation: Accurately update lead statuses, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM/management system (e.g., ExtraaEdge/TAB).
  • Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for potential students.

2. Digital Marketing Coordination

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in executing local area marketing (LAM) and digital campaigns to boost brand visibility.
  • Content Management: Manage social media updates and ensure timely posting of program information and promotional material.
  • Inbound Engagement: Monitor digital inquiries (via WhatsApp, social media, or website) and respond promptly to maintain high engagement levels.
