  • Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients, doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and healthcare partners.
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on inquiries received through phone, website, social media, and other channels.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the business development team.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to strengthen relationships and increase business.
  • Promote CPL's diagnostic services, franchise opportunities, healthcare programs, and special offers.
  • Update customer information and interaction details in CRM/Excel records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution of client concerns.
  • Prepare daily call reports, lead status reports, and business activity updates.
  • Support franchisee onboarding and client retention initiatives.
  • Eligibility Criteria Female candidates preferred.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, customer support, business development, or healthcare services.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
  • Proficiency in Bengali, Hindi, and English will be preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Required Skills Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
