Job Description

- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients, doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and healthcare partners.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries received through phone, website, social media, and other channels.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the business development team.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to strengthen relationships and increase business.
- Promote CPL's diagnostic services, franchise opportunities, healthcare programs, and special offers.
- Update customer information and interaction details in CRM/Excel records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution of client concerns.
- Prepare daily call reports, lead status reports, and business activity updates.
- Support franchisee onboarding and client retention initiatives.
- Eligibility Criteria Female candidates preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1β3 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, customer support, business development, or healthcare services.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in Bengali, Hindi, and English will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Required Skills Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
