We are looking for a Technical Manager who can handle all efficiently and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Good knowledge in maintainance
- 🏢 Handle day-to-day facility and maintenance requirements
- 🚨 Respond quickly to breakdowns and emergency repair needs
- 📋 Maintain proper records of maintenance and repairs
- 🤝 Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth operations
🎯 Requirements
- ✅ Diploma/ B.tech in Electrical, Mechanical or relevant trade preferred
- 🔧 Hands-on experience in multiple maintenance
- Good knowledge in administration
- 🧠 Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- 💪 Ability to work independently
- Good knowledge to handling total technical manpower of the building
