Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of Insurance Advisors/Agents.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Generate business through advisors and direct customer acquisition.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and team meetings.
  • Monitor advisor performance and provide coaching for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
  • Drive team productivity and business growth.
