🚨 WE ARE HIRING – LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR / MANAGER Position: Logistics Supervisor / Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Kolkata / Howrah

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

📋 Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible, smart, and practical-minded Logistics Supervisor / Manager who can independently handle day-to-day logistics and office-related work.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities - Manage and monitor day-to-day vehicle/logistics operations
• Maintain proper records and data of all vehicles
• Keep track of vehicle expenses, fuel, repairs, maintenance, tolls, etc.
• Maintain daily records and update the DATA in Diary or Excel/Google Sheets or other software
• Coordinate with drivers and ensure vehicles are operating properly
• Monitor vehicle-related documents and their validity
• Prepare daily/weekly expense and vehicle reports
• Handle basic administrative and documentation work
• Coordinate with vendors, drivers, mechanics, and other staff whenever required
• Complete other tasks assigned by management
• Take responsibility for assigned work and ensure it is completed on time

• Be able to communicate properly with drivers and staff
• Be punctual and disciplined
• Be willing to take up different tasks as required by management
• Be capable of working independently when required

💼 Preferred Experience - Candidates with experience in:

• Logistics
• Transport
• Fleet Management
• Vehicle Management
• Transportation Companies
• Warehouse / Operations

will be preferred.

⏰ Working Hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

💰 Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
