Job Description
Prepare authentic South Indian Dishes, Ensure consistent taste , quality and presentation of all food items, Prepare batters, chutneys, sambhar and other ingredients as per standard recipes, Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen , minimize food wastage and efficient use of ingredients, preparing special or bulk orders on time, maintain stock of ingredients and inform management when replenishment is required. Must know how to prepare benne dosa , podi powder , sambhar powder , gun powder , thatte idli , kesari bath , filter coffee
