ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you obsessed with Instagram trends, viral Reels, hooks, retention and organic growth?
Anjiva Ayurveda is looking for a Social Media Manager & Team Lead who can take ownership of our social media growth and lead our in-house creative team.
You don’t need to be the face of the content. We already have Script Writers & Video Editors.
Your job = Strategy + Direction + Growth
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Key Responsibilities Lead & Manage in-house Script Writers & Video Editors.
• Plan and execute Instagram & YouTube Content Strategies.
• Identify Trending Reels, Audios, Hooks & Viral Content Formats.
• Conduct Competitor Analysis and monitor competitor content strategies.
• Identify Market Gaps & New Content Opportunities to differentiate the brand.
• Develop content ideas focused on Reach, Engagement & Audience Retention.
• Review Scripts & Edited Videos to ensure quality, strong hooks and engaging content flow.
• Track Social Media Analytics and use insights to improve content performance.
• Stay updated with Social Media Trends, Audience Behavior & Algorithm Changes.
• Ensure Timely Content Execution as per the content plan.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Management
• Previous experience in Team Leadership / managing creative teams
• Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube algorithms
• Good knowledge of Reels, hooks, retention and viral content formats
• Strong visual sense and understanding of video pacing/editing
• Familiarity with CapCut, VN or Premiere Pro is preferred
• Proven portfolio or results of growing a brand/page
• Strong communication, leadership and deadline-management skills
