Job Description

  • Business Development: Identify high-potential prospects through networking, cold outreach, and lead generation.
  • Client Management: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and upselling.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute targeted sales plans and pitches tailored to specific client needs.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market shifts.
  • Team Leadership: Assist management in training, coaching, and mentoring junior sales executives.



Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–7 years of proven B2B or industry-specific sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Superior negotiation, persuasive communication, and relationship-building abilities.
