Senior PHP Developer

We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain dynamic websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with PHP, database management, web development frameworks, and API integration, along with excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP.
• Write clean, secure, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Develop and maintain server-side logic and database structures.
• Work with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
• Debug, test, and resolve application issues and performance problems.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Create and maintain databases, queries, stored procedures, and data models.
• Use version-control systems such as Git for code management.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, QA teams, and other developers.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.
• Keep up to date with emerging PHP and web development technologies.
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in PHP development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
• Proficiency in MySQL or other relational databases.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and version-control workflows.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC architecture.
• Knowledge of web application security and performance optimization.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and deployment processes.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience with Laravel and Composer.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, or other CMS platforms.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
