Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting activities, coordinate with government offices and external stakeholders, and supervise the junior accounts team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliation.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
Prepare and review invoices, vouchers, ledgers, reports, and other accounting documents.
Coordinate with government offices/departments regarding accounts-related documentation, submissions, correspondence, and follow-ups.
Handle professional communication through official emails, letters, and phone calls with government authorities, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Ensure timely submission of required documents and follow up on pending matters.
