Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and experience in maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and subsidiary accounts.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage GST returns, TDS calculations, deductions, and filings.
• Assist in preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory reports.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Handle accounting software such as Tally ERP/Prime, SAP, or ERP systems.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation.
