Senior Account Executive

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Tally Prime Bookkeeping: Maintain complete books in Tally - Sales, Purchase, Journal, Receipt, Payment, Contra entriesMasters Management: Create & manage Ledgers, Stock Items, Cost Centers, Cost Categories, Budgets in TallyGST in Tally: Ensure proper GST classification, HSN/SAC codes, e-invoice & e-way bill integration in TallyTDS in Tally: Configure TDS masters, deduct TDS, generate Form 16A, TDS returns directly from TallyBanking in Tally: Bank Reconciliation Statement in Tally, process payments, handle cheque printingInventory + Costing: Maintain stock registers, track inventory valuation, cost center wise P&L for outlets/projectsReports from Tally: Generate and analyze - Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet, Day Book, Ledger Scrutiny, Ageing, GST ReportsData Backup & Security: Take regular backups, manage Tally license, user rights, and data integrityTally Support: Train junior staff on Tally, resolve Tally errors, coordinate with Tally support for upgrades.

COMPLIANCES - GST Returns: Export GSTR-1, GSTR-3B data from Tally and file on GST portalMonth End Closing: Finalize books in Tally every month and share MIS with managementAudit: Provide all Tally ledgers, vouchers, reports to auditors. Handle audit queriesVendor/Client Reconciliation: Reconcile party ledgers in Tally and follow up for differences.

MUST KNOW - Tally Prime: Advanced level - Vouchers, Reports, MIS, Export/Import, TDL basics is a plusGST Module: Full knowledge of GST setup, return filing reports, reconciliation in TallyExcel: For data analysis before/after exporting from TallyKnowledge: Accounting principles, GST, TDS, Inventory management.
