Job Title: General Manager - Sales & Marketing (B2B / B2C)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager - Sales &  Marketing to lead our USG FORCE MOTORS Dealership Sales Operations based in Kolkata. In this leadership role, you will drive Retail Sales through a team of dedicated DSEs in the area of kolkata & surrounding districts for the entire Force Motors range of passenger commercial vehicles both retail & corporate & School.

To increase market share of TRAVELLER range of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:-

•  The entire range of FORCE MOTORS Commercial vehicles Traveller , Monobus, Urbania & School has to be seeded in key Markets
•  A proper network of brokers/intermediaries has to be developed to ensure good business flow from remote areas
•  Corporate / School Sales to be Driven by you.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and business development team.
• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and scale operations within residential, commercial, or institutional segments across Kolkata.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and enterprise clients.
