Job Description

Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote our event services, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a passion for sales and event management.


Key Responsibilities


* Generate leads through calls, meetings, referrals, social media, and networking.

* Meet corporate clients, schools, colleges, clubs, hotels, wedding planners, and event agencies.

* Promote the company’s event services and close new business deals.

* Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.

* Attend exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings.

* Update CRM/database and submit daily sales reports.


Requirements


* Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

* 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development (Event Industry experience preferred).

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Confident in client meetings and presentations.

* Good knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms.

* Willing to travel for client meetings and events.
