Sales Manager – Interior Design / Interiors

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our interior solutions sales team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and promoting interior design services and turnkey solutions. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, client relationship management, and an understanding of interior design concepts.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in interior design projects
• Generate leads through networking, site visits, referrals, and partnerships with architects and builders
• Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present design and execution solutions
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and vendors to ensure client requirements are met
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and cost estimates
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
• Manage and grow relationships with key clients, architects, and real estate developers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
