Job Title: Sales Manager - Group Inclusive Tours (GIT)

Location: Kolkata

Industry: Travel & Tourism

Experience Required: Minimum 5-7 Years (Travel/Tourism/Hospitality Industry)


Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales and business development efforts for our Group Inclusive Tours (GIT) division. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling domestic and international group tour packages, building B2B and B2C relationships, and driving revenue growth within the travel industry.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Promote and sell international GIT tour packages.
  • Generate new business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agents, Banks, clubs, associations, and other group segments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle tour inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with operations teams for seamless execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging travel trends and business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at travel exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings when required.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.


Requirements :

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Sales.
  • Proven experience in selling and managing Group Inclusive Tours (GIT).
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international travel destinations, tour planning, and package costing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
  • Existing industry network and client database will be an added advantage.
