Job Summary:TRAVELEXIE is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Travel Agency Onboarding to identify, connect, and onboard travel agencies across India to become business partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding TRAVELEXIE’s partner network, maintaining relationships, and driving B2B growth opportunities.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAgency Acquisition & OnboardingIdentify and approach travel agencies across assigned territories.
  • Generate B2B leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Pitch TRAVELEXIE partnership programs and explain business benefits.
  • Onboard travel agencies onto the TRAVELEXIE ecosystem.
  • Ensure completion of onboarding documentation and compliance processes.
  • Provide training and support to newly onboarded partners.
  • Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with partner travel agencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners.
  • Resolve onboarding and operational issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to improve engagement and sales generation.
  • Sales & Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
  • Develop strategies to increase partner participation.
  • Identify market opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with operations and sales teams for seamless execution.
  • Reporting & MISMaintain onboarding tracker and sales pipeline reports.
  • Update CRM with partner interactions and business opportunities.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.


Eligibility CriteriaEducationGraduate in any discipline


  • MBA / PGDM in Sales or Marketing preferred.
  • Experience 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Travel Sales / Agency Sales / Channel Partner Development.
  • Experience in travel industry preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may apply.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building ability.
  • Lead generation and conversion expertise.
  • B2B sales experience.
  • CRM and reporting knowledge.
  • Target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to travel when required.
