Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented SMB Sales Executive to expand the market presence of our innovative Paan Chutney and food products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop sales through paan shops, sweet shops, tea stalls, cafés, and retail outlets.

Appoint and manage distributors within assigned territories.

Generate new business opportunities and onboard new outlets.

Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities.

Ensure repeat orders and maintain strong customer relationships.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Submit daily sales reports and market updates.

Experience in FMCG, food, beverage, confectionery, or paan product sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to open new retail outlets and develop distribution networks.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.

Familiarity with local markets and retailer engagement.
