Sales Executive

●Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure for our GRC and compliance platform

●Identify and engage enterprise clients across BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT/ITES,

Pharma, and Government sectors

●Understand client challenges around compliance tracking, certification management, audit

readiness, and governance workflows

●Conduct discovery calls to identify gaps in current manual or fragmented compliance

processes

●Position the platform as a solution for automating compliance monitoring, managing

certifications, and improving audit visibility

●Coordinate product demos and solution discussions with pre-sales/product teams

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

●Manage proposals, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal conversions

●Engage with stakeholders including Compliance Heads, Quality Teams, Legal Teams, Risk

Teams, IT Teams, and CXOs

●Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity updates in CRM tools

●Stay updated on trends related to compliance, governance, audit management, and

enterprise risk management

●Leverage domain understanding to identify customer pain points faster and position the

platform through consultative discussions.
