Job RoleWe are looking for highly motivated Sales Executives / Academic Counselors who can convert interested leads into paid students.

Important: Lead generation is not required. The company will provide qualified leads daily. Your responsibility is to counsel prospects, explain the program benefits, and close sales.

• Responsibilities Call and follow up with company-provided leads.
• Understand the prospect's goals and requirements.
• Explain our training programs and mentorship model.
• Conduct Zoom/Google Meet counseling sessions when required.
• Handle objections and close enrollments.
• Maintain lead records and follow-up status.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Coordinate with the support team for student onboarding.

• Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi.
