Job Title: Sales Coach

Department: Sales Operations / BPO

Location: Kolkata

Role Overview:We are hiring experienced Sales Coaches to support and improve the performance of front-line sales teams in a fast-paced BPO environment. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong telecom sales knowledge, coaching expertise, and experience in sales performance management.

• Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions for sales associates

• Improve sales conversion, objection handling, cross-selling, and closing skills
• Analyse sales performance metrics and identify improvement areas
• Provide real-time feedback and mentoring to team members
• Conduct call monitoring, interaction reviews, and side-by-side coaching
• Prepare coaching logs, action plans, and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
• Collaborate with Training, Quality, and Sales teams for performance enhancement
• Support new product launches, campaigns, and process updates
• Drive KPI achievement and overall team productivity
• Ensure continuous learning and skill development within the sales team

Requirements​

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in BPO sales (Telecom preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in Coaching / Training / Team Lead role
• Strong understanding of BPO sales metrics such as Conversion, Cross-sell, AHT, etc.
• Good communication, analytical, and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of CRM and sales tools preferred
• Preferred (Good to Have):Telecom sales background
• Experience in coaching and performance management
• Certification in coaching or training (preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
