Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and warm customer leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products accordingly
• Explain product benefits, usage, and value proposition effectively
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
• Drive product sales through consultative selling techniques
• Follow up with interested customers and maximize conversions
• Maintain customer interaction records and sales updates
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

•  What We’re Looking ForStrong communication and convincing skills
• Passion for sales and customer interaction
• Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, D2C sales, or product sales is preferred
• Ability to understand customer psychology and buying behavior
• Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of CRM/sales processes is an added advantage
