Sales and Marketing Executive

Handle day-to-day back-office operations including documentation, reporting, and data management.

Support the sales team with lead tracking, order processing, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales records, and performance dashboards.

Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, and customer communications.

Address customer queries and escalate issues to relevant teams when necessary.

Conduct customer visits when required to support sales activities and build client relationships.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of business information.
