Sales Executive – IT Services

Initial Location: India

Potential Relocation: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, subject to the conditions outlined below.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in IT services. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales skills and the ability to independently generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads and acquire new business clients.

Promote website development, app development, hosting, and other IT services.

Contact prospects, understand their requirements, present suitable services, and close deals.

Prepare sales proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on leads.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Achieve agreed sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in IT services.

Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and closing deals.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Proficiency in additional languages, especially Arabic, will be an advantage.

Any relocation to Saudi Arabia is subject to passing the required medical examination, obtaining the required Saudi work authorisation, and meeting applicable employment regulations.

Salary & Incentives:

India-Based Role

Monthly salary: ₹30,000.

Riyadh-Based Role — Upon Approved Relocation

Monthly basic salary: SAR 1,800.

Monthly allowance: SAR 400.

Total fixed monthly compensation: SAR 2,200.

Additional sales incentive: 5% of the value of each sale, with calculation and payment terms specified in the employment offer.

Employment & Relocation Terms

The position will initially be based in India, with potential relocation to Riyadh based on performance, sales achievements, business requirements, and management approval. Relocation is not guaranteed and is subject to passing the required medical examination, obtaining Saudi work authorisation, and meeting applicable employment regulations and medical examination requirements.

The Riyadh salary and sales incentive structure will apply only after approved relocation and commencement of the Riyadh-based role. Employment conditions, applicable benefits, and relocation arrangements will be detailed in the relevant written employment offer.
