💸 Compensation Details

Monthly Salary Range: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000

(Equivalent to approximately ₹1,13,000 – ₹1,35,600 based on current exchange rate ₹22.6 per AED)

🛍️ Job Summary

We are seeking energetic, stylish, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales through advanced selling techniques, and maintaining the brand’s premium image in line with company standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional and personalized customer experience at all times.
• Identify and understand customer needs, preferences, and queries regarding products, prices, and services.
• Offer product recommendations tailored to customer requirements.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
• Support new product launches, in-store promotions, and ensure impactful visual merchandising.
• Manage inventory efficiently, ensuring timely stock replenishment and accuracy.
• Maintain store hygiene, presentation standards, and overall ambiance.
• Participate in CRM initiatives and communicate valuable customer feedback to the management team.
• Coordinate with the customer care department for after-sales support and issue resolution.
• Generate and maintain accurate daily sales reports.
• Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, inventory, and operational procedures.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate or Diploma (Full-Time) in Business Administration, Sales, Retail Management, or related field.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in high-end retail, luxury brands, or hospitality.

Notes

·        Joining flight tickets- As per company policy, the new joiners need to book their own flight tickets – economy class. The same will be reimbursed to them upon confirmation (6 months)

·        Initial Accommodation- As per company policy, new joiners may avail the company accommodation for a maximum of 30 days. This is on a chargeable basis. House Rent Allowance (HRA), which is 30% of the monthly fixed salary will be adjusted from their salaries for the number of days they avail the company accommodation.
