Job Description
📢 Staff Required – Takeaway Food Outlet (Multi-Cuisine)
Looking for a responsible person to handle counter orders, billing and online order coordination.
Work Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders at the counter.
- Prepare bills and collect payments.
- Operate computer and Petpooja billing software.
- Handle Swiggy and Zomato orders.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for order preparation.
- Pack and hand over online orders to delivery partners.
- Handle cash, UPI and card payments.
- Maintain daily sales records and calculate the day's closing accounts.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Must know basic maths and calculations.
- Knowledge of Petpooja will be preferred.
- Should be responsible and punctual.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
Duty Timing: 11 AM – 11 PM
Working Hours: 10 hours + 2 hours break
Weekly Off: 1 day per week.
